Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Personalized and custom jewelry items may require an additional 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
AYIH Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
